What is the commission rate that goes to Pigeon's Used Skate Marketplace?

15% or $4.99, whichever is larger. The seller keeps all shipping fees. This is competitive with other online marketplaces and the fee directly supports the roller skating and inline skating communities

How do I get paid?

We partner with Stripe to ensure safe and easy payments for our customers and sellers. You must have a Stripe account connected to your Pigeon's Used Skate Marketplace profile in order to list an item. (So we can pay you!)

How much does it cost to list an item?

It's totally free to list an item. Once an item sells Pigeon's collects a commission fee of 15% of the item price or $4.99; whichever is greater.

When do I get paid for my sale?

You get paid 7-10 days after the buyer receives the item.

Can I return an item on Pigeon's Used Skate Marketplace?

All sales are considered final. However, if you received an item that is not as described, or never received an item at all, you can file a dispute in your order receipt email, or email us at customerservice@pigeonskates.com

Do I have to make an account to purchase?

Yes. This ensures you can safely message sellers and keep all your order history in one convenient spot.

Is there a minimum listing price?

Yes. To make sure shipping and transaction costs make sense for both buyers and sellers, all items must be listed for a minimum of $10.

Why won't my pictures upload?

They're too big! Please use a smaller image size if your photos will not upload. We are currently working on allowing larger images in the future, thank you for your patience!
